Many communes and wards have developed practical and effective models that help foster a healthy cultural environment, strengthen neighborhood bonds, and improve the spiritual well-being of local communities.

Positive results achieved across communes and wards

In Dak Lua Commune, the “All people unite to build a cultural life” 2025 movement continues to be implemented effectively. At the beginning of the year, all 1,558 households registered as cultural families. By the year-end, 97.8% are recognized as cultural families, and all seven hamlets maintain their cultural hamlet titles. The communal People’s Committee honors 14 exemplary cultural families and acknowledges community efforts in promoting civilized lifestyles, solidarity, and mutual economic support.

According to Tran Ngoc Tinh, Vice Chairman of the Dak Lua Commune People’s Committee, these results come from strong communication efforts and timely implementation of campaigns and emulation movements, especially the recognition of cultural titles. All departments and hamlets share a common goal of building a healthy grassroots cultural environment while preserving and promoting the community’s traditional values.

In Binh Long ward, the impact of the movement is reflected in increasingly neat, orderly living spaces. All 30 residential areas meet cultural standards; 8,249 households, or 98.9%, earn the cultural family title; and all residential areas have formulated and implemented community covenants that integrate environmental protection, crime prevention, and learning promotion.

The ward currently has 30 cultural houses equipped with free Wi-Fi, alongside 85 sports facilities, including fields and courts for football, volleyball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, and pickleball, and 65 sets of outdoor exercise equipment. As a result, the number of residents engaged in regular physical activity continues to grow; cultural and artistic events at local cultural centers are increasingly active, enriching community life and reducing social issues.

Dieu Le Thi Hien, Head of the Fatherland Front work committee of Binh Ninh I quarter, says: “Residents are becoming more conscious of maintaining civilized lifestyles, complying with community covenants, and organizing simple, economical wedding ceremonies. Cultural and sports activities help strengthen community ties and create a lively, healthy social atmosphere.”

Expanding exemplary cultural models

Building on the success of the 2025 movement, Binh Long Ward continues to expand several effective cultural models. A standout initiative is the “Bright – green – clean – beautiful residential areas” movement. Other models such as Streets of national flags, Self-managed environmental protection zone, Lighting up rural roads, Community patrol teams, and Ethnic-religious groups for environmental and security protection, etc. have proven effective in maintaining public order and creating safer communities.

In Bau Ham commune, grassroots cultural development continues through various clubs, including Cultural and Sports clubs, Women studying and following Uncle Ho’s example, Sustainable families,Hamlet with five Nos, three Cleans, and Vietnamese youth following Uncle Ho’s teachings. These models create positive environments and meaningful activities that foster unity and encourage personal responsibility in building a modern cultural lifestyle. In 2025, the commune records 9,962 cultural families (98.86%) and all 15 hamlets meet cultural hamlet standards.

In Dong Phu commune, several models also remain effective, such as Exemplary grandparents and parents, dutiful children; Raising healthy and well-behaved children; Happy families; Youth Establishing Careers, Friendly schools – Active students; and Good teaching and learning. Many hamlets have launched “Bright – green – clean – beautiful streets,” helping deepen the movement’s impact and boosting social development.

Nguyen Van Minh, Secretary of Tan An Hamlet Party Cell in Dong Phu commune, shares: “To enhance the movement’s effectiveness and expand these models, the hamlet leadership not only mobilizes residents to follow cultural community standards but also expands dialogue with the public to build consensus in implementing activities.”

From December 16 to 25, the Steering Committee for the “All people unite to build a cultural life” movement in Dong Nai Province will conduct inspections and evaluations of the 2025 implementation at communes and wards. Direct inspections will take place in Tri An, Trang Bom, Dau Giay, Tan Trieu, and Tam Phuoc, while indirect reviews will be based on reports from Phu Nghia, Tan Loi, Tan Tien, Dong Xoai, and Chon Thanh.

The 2025 movement continues to show strong influence across Dong Nai Province. Effective models and creative practices in communes and wards are contributing to stronger grassroots cultural environments and improving the spiritual well-being of local communities.
