Over the years, it has consistently implemented full policies regarding salaries and bonuses, and in coordination with the trade union, has organized numerous musical and sports activities, contributing to the enhancement of employees’ spiritual life. Wide-ranging emulation movements have been carried out, attracting large participation from workers and generating numerous cost-saving and improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
Recently, a delegation from the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Japan (ZENROREN) visited and held discussions with Terumo BCT Vietnam Co., Ltd. The delegation highly praised the company’s and trade union’s innovative models in creating a modern and professional working environment.
