To prepare for the successful organization of the 31st National Cross-Country Mountaineering Championship “Conquering the Peak of Ba Ra” in 2026, a working delegation from the organizing committee, led by Cao Quoc Sang, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio-Television, along with representatives from the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and VietRace365 Joint Stock Company, conducted a survey of the race route and held a working session with leaders of the Phuoc Long Ward People's Committee on the morning of November 21.
During the route inspection, the delegation conducted an on-site survey from the race’s starting point at the Phuoc Long Victory Monument up to the summit of Ba Ra Mountain, as well as the route surrounding the mountain’s foothills. According to the delegation’s assessment, the racecourse features beautiful natural scenery and fresh, cool air, making it an ideal location for hosting one of the province’s prestigious mountain running events.
To ensure the race takes place successfully and leaves a strong impression not only on athletes but also on residents in the locality and visiting spectators, the Organizing Committee, in a working session with the leadership of Phuoc Long Ward, expressed its expectation that the local authorities will provide support in several key areas. These include coordinating the organization of the press conference, enhancing event-themed decorations and visual communications, clearing and cleaning the race route to ensure both aesthetics and safety, ensuring security and food hygiene, and deploying personnel to assist with the opening and closing ceremonies as well as throughout the event.
