On the afternoon of August 19, at Tay Ninh Gymnasium, U.9 Van Tam Dong Nai faced U.9 Khuyen Nong Binh Phuoc in the Round of 16 of the Toyota Cup 2025 U.9 National Football Tournament.

To reach the round of 16, U.9 Van Tam Dong Nai topped Group F with an undefeated record (2 wins, 1 draw, 7 points), while Khuyen Nong Binh Phuoc finished second in Group A with 5 points, behind Ha Noi Police.
