Dong Nai Wins Four Medals at 2025 National Mobile Propaganda Contest

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Department of Grassroots Culture in collaboration with the Hai Phong municipal People’s Committee has held the closing ceremony to review and present awards to winners of the 2025 National Mobile Propaganda Contest. The event was organized in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day (September 2nd).

At the closing ceremony, the organizers awarded 27 gold medals, 52 silver medals, and 31 certificates of merit to outstanding collectives, individuals, and performances. In particular, the Mobile Propaganda Team of the Dong Nai Provincial Centre for Culture and Cinema earned one gold medal for its musical-dance performance entitled Dưới quân kỳ quyết thắng (Under the Determined-to-win Flag) and three silver medals for the solo song entitled Miền xa thẳm (The Distant Land), the dance entitled Ký ức người lính rừng Sác (Memories of the Sac Forest Soldier), and the song-and-dance performance entitled Vinh quang Tổ quốc Việt Nam (Glory to the Vietnam Homeland).

The organisers also presented a certificate of merit to director Nguyen Cao Thep, head of Dong Nai’s Mobile Propaganda Team, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to this year’s contest.

Held from August 4 to 9, the contest brought together about 1,500 artists, performers, and propagandists from 24 mobile propaganda teams nationwide. The teams staged parades and mobile performances, serving local communities at 22 venues across Tuyen Quang and Bac Ninh provinces, and Hai Phong city.
