150 students in the vicinity of Long Thanh Airport receive Cambridge English certificates

On the morning of August 31, at 3A Park, An Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai Province, AMG English Center held a ceremony to award Cambridge English certificates to 150 students, while also hosting the final round of the AMG’s Speak Up competition.

Attending the ceremony were Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Minh Kien and leaders of many communes in the vicinity of Long Thanh International Airport.

Nguyen Minh Kien, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, congratulated the students who received the Cambridge certificates on this occasion, and emphasized that with the Long Thanh International Airport project, An Phuoc Commune, Long Thanh Commune, and neighboring areas can be considered lands of the future, opening up many opportunities for the younger generation. To seize these opportunities, students need to equip themselves with various skills, including proficiency in English.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Principal of Lac Hong University and Head of AMG’s Education Advisory and Development Board, as Dong Nai and the whole country are welcoming new development opportunities, especially the mega-project of Long Thanh International Airport and the future airport urban area, the demand for highly skilled, foreign language-proficient, and professional human resources in the aviation, service, and free trade industries will be extremely high. Practicing and improving English skills from today acts as an essential key for young people to confidently integrate and be ready to take on globally-oriented jobs.
