(ĐN) - This summer, many wards and communes in Dong Nai province have organized diverse experiential classes, bringing vibrant and meaningful summer days to children. Notably, the activity of applying artificial intelligence (AI) to promote Dong Nai's image has become an attractive highlight, drawing the attention of young children.
The image of the new Dong Nai province is creatively expressed.
Right after Dong Nai announced the resolution to establish a new province after merging the old Binh Phuoc province and the old Dong Nai province, according to the National Assembly's decision, netizens quickly "caught the trend," transforming a seemingly dry administrative topic into something lively and colorful.

On social media, the image of the new Dong Nai province is creatively expressed through two typical specialties - Tan Trieu pomelo and Binh Phuoc cashew nuts - personified as two cute, smiling children shaking hands in affection.
From that idea, Sol Media Co., Ltd. - an AI-applied technology and media unit, headquartered in Phu Tan residential area, Binh Phuoc ward - incorporated this image as the main topic in its AI application skills training class for children. The class is part of a series of summer experiential activities, where children are guided to use AI technology to create media products promoting their homeland.
Each week, the class organizes many activities, including small competitions such as composing and designing content to promote the image of the new Dong Nai province using AI technology. The themes often revolve around the prominent specialties of the two merged localities - Tan Trieu pomelo and Binh Phuoc cashew nuts, allowing children to express their creativity and love for their homeland, while also getting acquainted with modern technology.
Nguyen Phuong Linh, a 9th-grade student at Tan Xuan Secondary School in Binh Phuoc ward, shared: "I wrote a fairy tale about the pomelo. Through it, I want to introduce Tan Trieu pomelo - my hometown's specialty - to friends at home and abroad. Thanks to using AI to turn it into an animated film, the story becomes lively, helping viewers understand more about this delicious fruit, associated with the diligence and creativity of the people of Dong Nai."

Meanwhile, Cu Trong Hung, a 7th-grade student at Tan Binh Secondary School in Binh Phuoc ward, chose cashew nuts as his creative theme. He built a story about the journey to explore the largest cashew raw material area in the country in Dong Nai - where it is rising to become the "cashew capital" with impressive export turnover and many OCOP certified products. "After the provincial merger, my hometown became a large land, strong in industry and rich in specialty fruits. Many cashew farms have now become attractive eco-tourism destinations. I hope my work will contribute to promoting my homeland and inviting tourists to Dong Nai," Trong Hung shared.
Forming creative thinking, digital communication skills
In the context of the strong spread of the 4.0 industrial revolution, AI is gradually becoming an indispensable tool in various fields, especially communication and education. Applying artificial intelligence in communicating and promoting local images is an inevitable trend in the era of integration.

Huynh Do Minh Hoang, Director of Sol Media Co., Ltd., said: "I find it very interesting that young people in Dong Nai can quickly adapt to technological trends and create vivid stories about their homeland. I hope the provincial education sector will continue to promote the application of science and technology, especially AI, in teaching in schools."
Bringing AI into the education program, especially through summer experiential classes, not only helps students access modern technology but also fosters creative thinking, digital communication skills, and the ability to master technology - crucial elements for their future. This is also a practical step to realize the Government's Project 06 on digital transformation in the education and training sector.
