Bien Hoa City hosts various activities celebrating 50th anniversary of liberation of the South and national reunification

(ĐN)- On April 26, the Bien Hoa City People's Committee organized the opening ceremony for activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Accordingly, from now until the end of May 1, many cultural and sports activities will take place in Bien Hoa City. Specifically: Bien Hoa - Long Khanh heritage connection cycling race, opening of the Hot air balloon festival and Bien Hoa - Dong Nai pottery festival (April 27); art program and fireworks display to celebrate the April 30 holiday (evening of April 28); Acoustic festival with the theme "United Country" (April 29); special art program celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South (evening of April 30); youth music performance (May 1)…

Cultural and sports activities celebrating the April 30 and May 1 holidays take place at public cultural spaces throughout Bien Hoa City. These activities are mainly held in the areas of Bien Hung Park, Duong Tu Giang Park, Nguyen Van Tri Park, and the provincial Event and External Affairs Center.

At the opening ceremony, the Bien Hoa City People's Committee presented commemorative flags to 10 teams participating in the Bien Hoa City Lion - Unicorn - Dragon Festival 2025; and also presented commemorative flags to units participating in the Miniature landscape cluster decoration contest to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
