(DN) - That Phu Co Mieu Management Board, reported that during the 6 days (from February 5 to 10), the 2025 Ong Pagoda Festival attracted nearly 50,000 visitors for sightseeing and worship.

This year, the festival did not hold the ritual of welcoming the deities on the Dong Nai River. The welcoming ceremony was conducted through several streets of Bien Hoa city, covering a distance of about 8 km before returning to Ong Pagoda.
During the festival, various cultural, artistic, and sports programs such as performances of traditional music, theatrical excerpts, lion-dance, martial arts, Vietnamese-Chinese calligraphy exchanges, and releasing lanterns attracted tens of thousands of local residents and tourists.
On the evening of February 10, the That Phu Co Mieu Management Board organized a lantern release ceremony, praying for national peace, social prosperity, and the happiness of the people.
According to the organizing board of the 2025 Ong Pagoda Festival, security, order, and traffic safety during the festival were ensured. In particular, the organizing committee had a plan for collecting lanterns downstream near the Dong Nai Bridge area to ensure environmental hygiene during and after the festival.
