During the swimming competition, Dong Nai divers won five gold, one silver and four bronze medals to place third, after Da Nang and HCM city. Notably, they set three out of four national records at this competition.
Earlier, athletes from Dong Nai won one silver and three bronze medals in the swimming events.
The swimming events drew the participation of over 100 athletes from 15 teams across the country, competing for 26 sets of medals. Meanwhile, the diving events drew the participation of 13 teams across the country, competing for 45 sets of medals
