Of the winners, one from Dong Nai province, namely Vu Tien Chuong with the first prize for his work ‘Joining hands”, depicting the moment of people in Bo Do flower village carrying flowers to bring them to sale.
In addition, the organizers also awarded 15 second, third and consolation prizes to winners.
