In this year tournament, Dong Nai will compete with 13 other teams for one of two tickets for the National First Division Football Championships. According to the draw, tey will play in group B with Tien Giang, young HCM city, Binh Thuan, Gia Dinh, Dong Thap and Vinh Long. The event will begin on May 1 and end in September 15.
Also at the ceremony, Dong Nai FC announced sponsors for the 2022 season, namely Bao Nguyen Construction and Investment Company and Hai Thanh Sports Trading Company.
