At the end of the event, team from Dong Nai won a total of one gold and four bronze medals. The only medal was scored on category for four-man teams. Team from Ha Noi finished first at the championship, with two gold medals.
The tournament, which is jointly organized by the Vietnam Sepak Takraw Federation and Vinh Long People’s Committee, drew the participation of nearly 200 athletes from 13 teams from across the country, competing for medals in the men’s and women’s doubles, and team categories.
