The festival, held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, attracted the participation of 28 provinces and cities nationwide. At the end of the event, team from Dong Nai won two gold and three bronze medals.
The event aimed not only to serve the people but also to foster the feelings and virtue of generations of artists and publicists.
