(ĐN)- Troupe from Dong Nai Traditional Arts Theater will take part in the National Cai Luong Young Talents Contest in 2020 in Ca Mau province between November 24 and December 4.
Accordingly, the troupe, including six young actors and actresses, will perform an extract of their favorite Cai Luong play, which does not last over 25 minutes.
The contest, which is jointly held by the General Department of Arts Performance and the Vietnam Association of Stage Artists, aims keep the tradition of Cai Luong (reformed theater) alive in the community and foster a love of this particular kind of music among the people.
