Le Ngoc Son of Loc Troi Group won the last stage from Bao Loc City in Lam Dong Province to HCM City on 163km, clocking 4hr 0.57min.

It was his second stage win in this tournament.
Tran Nguyen Minh Tri of Domesco Dong Thap and Nguyen Minh Duc of Binh Duong came second and third, respectively.
Spaniard Perez was in the second group to cross the finish line but it was enough for him to take the overall win. He completed nearly 2,100km of 18 stages with a total time of 54:37.12.
He was followed by Nguyen Tan Hoai of Domesco Dong Thap and his teammate Nguyen Thang.
Perez also won the red polka dot jersey for the King of Mountain.
Speaking after his victory, he said the yellow and red polka dot jerseys will be auctioned to help poor kids in Da Nang.
Hoài secured the green jersey for the best cyclist in terms of points, while Nguyen Van Binh of HCM City was the best young rider.
HCM City also topped the team rankings, leaving Domesco Dong Thap and Bikelife Dong Nai behind.
