Held by Bien Hoa Football Club under socialization model, the tournament attracts the participation of 20 teams, which are divied into four groups and will play under round-robin format to select best teams for quarter-final round. The outstanding teams then compete for semi-final round and then the final match.
The champions will walk away with a trophy and VND10 million in bonus.
