(ĐN)- Athletes from Dong Nai on October 9 won additional two golds and one silver and one bronze in boccia event at the ongoing National Sport Games for Disabled Athletes in Thai Nguyen province.

As of October 9, Dong Nai has won a total of three golds, two silvers and one bronze at the tournament.
The tournament attracted 321 officials, coaches and athletes from 17 provinces and cities nationwide, including Dong Nai province. The athletes are competing in table tennis, badminton, weightlifting, chess and boccia.
The tournament aims to promote physical health and encourage the disabled to participate in sports to improve health, confidence and social integration. Top athletes will be selected to compete in the 10th Paragames that will be held in the Philippines in 2020, as well as other international events.
The competition lasts until on October 11.
