The gold medal was won by martial artist Ngo Thi Hong Nhung in the 49kg category for women.
Taking place from September 17, this year’s tournament brought together nearly 300 martial artists from 31 cities and provinces from across the country, competing for 29 sets of medals in combat and demonstration events.
The event aims to select outstanding athletes for the national team to compete at the upcoming SEA Games in the Philippines.
