The tournament, which is jointly held by the Vietnam Athletics Federation and the HCM city’s Athletics Federation, attracted 398 athletes aged 14-20, representing 49 delegations from across the country, including Dong Nai, competing for 49 sets of medals.
The event lasts until September 19.
