Accordingly, five football teams from Tay Ninh, Binh Dinh, Dong Nai, Dak Lak and hosts Kon Tum will compete in category for junior high schools. Meanwhile, nine other teams from Tay Ninh, Binh Phuoc, Quang Ngai, Lam Dong, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak and hosts Kon Tum will compete in category for primary schools.
The 2019 Phu Dong Football Tournament - Milo Cup is divided into 4 regions for qualifying round. The final round is scheduled to be held in Dong Thap province.
