Accordingly, team from Dong Nai province will play in group C held in HCM city with six other teams including hosts HCM city, Dong Thap, An Giang, Long An, Ben Tre and Vinh Long.
The top two teams from each group and the two third-place teams with best results will advance to the final round scheduled to be held in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces between October 10 and 19.
