The festival, which was jointly held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and Dien Bien People’s Committee, attracted the participation of 26 teams from provinces and cities nationwide, competing in three categories, including exhibiting and doing voice-over photos, designing propaganda flower cars and art performances.
At the end of the event, the organizing boards awarded 49 A, 72 B and 19 C prizes. Accordingly, Dong Nai Cultural Center won four A and two B prizes.
The festival aimed not only to serve the people but also to foster the feelings and virtue of generations of artists and publicists.
