Troupe from Dong Nai will perform at the festival a program entitled ‘Forever bright Dien Bien’ with five items. The program was highly praised by the province’s fine arts council and is expected to win prizes at the festival.
As part of festival, a mobile publicity program will begin in Hanoi, passing through Hoa Binh, Son La, Yen Bai, Lai Chau and Lao Cai provinces, before ending in Dien Bien.
The festival aims not only to serve the people but also to foster the feelings and virtue of generations of artists and publicists.
