The two-day congress reviewed its activities in the 2014-2019 tenure and work out plans for the new term.
The congress also elected a 13-member executive committee for the sixth term. People’s Artist Giang Manh Ha was elected as Chairwoman of the association.
On this occasion, 15 individuals were awarded certificates by the provincial People’s Committee for their active contributions to literature and arts activities over the past time.
