In the 3-cushion event, Ha Tuan Anh Vu from Bien Hoa city came in first after beating Nguyen the Lu of Trang Bom district in the final match. Nguyen Thanh Thu of Cam My district and Hoang Manh Viet of Vinh Cuu district shared the third place.
Meanwhile, cueist Phan Thanh Loc from Bien Hoa city went first after beating To Thanh Nam., also from Bien Hoa city, in the final match on one-cushion event. Ho Duc Loi of Long Khanh town and Dinh van Ngoc of Bien Hoa city shared the third place.
The tournament, which is jointly held by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Trang Bom People’s Committee under the sponsorship of Thanh Tu Billiards Club, attracted 50 cueists from across the province, competing in carom 1-cushion and carom 3-cushion events.
