Javier took the title with the best overall time of 42:05.37 after 12 stages over nearly 2,000km. He was followed by Loic Desriac of Bike Life Dong Nai and Ali Khademi of Loc Troi Group.
Mai Nguyen Hung of VUS-HCM city won the green jersey award as the best sprinter with 79 points. While Phan Hoang Thai of Domesco Pharmacy Dong Thap won the red jersey as the King of Mountain. The white jersey as the best young cyclist went to Nguyen Quoc Bao of Calytos Dong Thap.
In the team rankings, Loc Troi An Giang Group is in top, followed by Domesco Pharmacy Dong Thap and VUS-HCM city. Meanwhile, two teams from Dong Nai province, Bike life Dong Nai and Ynghua Dong Nai, finished fourth and sixth, respectively.
Lasting from December 20, the event is the first professional race in Vietnam that runs though Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia with the participation of 72 cyclists of 10 strongest teams in the country and two other teams from Laos and Cambodia.
