(ĐN)- Dong Nai Food Festival 2018 kicked off on December 5 at the provincial Conference Centre, drawing thousands of people to come and taste distinctive flavors from various regions.
The event is co-organized by Dong Nai Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Bien Hoa city People’s Committee to promote local culture and tourism through food, music and entertainment activities.
Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Hoa Hiep of the provincial People’s Committee and Secretary Le Van Danh of Bien Hoa city’s Party Committee attended the event.
The five-day festival attracted the participation of enterprises inside and outside the province with over 100 booths featuring specialties in the regions.
During the festival, attendees have a chance to enjoy local dishes as well as other specialties from neighboring localities.
The event also included artistic fruit shaping competition, outdoor activities with traditional games, cultural activities and arts performance.
