The athletes competed in events for individuals and teams in a route covering 40 kilometers from Buu Long Tourist Park in Bien Hoa city to Vinh Cuu Sport Park Complex.
At the finish line, three cyclists from Xuan Loc district were among top five in the event for individuals. Accordingly, Le Van Tai, from Xuan Loc, overcame their rivals when finished first, his two other teammates went second and fifth. With this result, Xuan Loc also won the title in the team rankings.
