At the end of the competition, hosts Dong Nai, with 40 martial artists, won 13 gold, 15 silver and 7 bronze medals to rank first, followed by Binh Phuoc and Binh Duong.
The championships brought together 178 martial artists from 6 provinces and cities in the region, competing for 43 sets of medals in demonstration and combat events in different weight categories for both men and women.
