(ĐN)- The 16th Dong Nai Newspaper Football Cup for Children kicked off this morning at Dong Nai provincial Sports Center.

The annual event is co-organized by Dong Nai Newspaper, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Department of Education and Training.
This year’s tournament, sponsored by Nutrition Food Joint Stock Company (Nutifood) and other companies and universities, attracted the participation of 11 teams across the province.
The teams, divided into 3 groups, will play in a round-robin format in the first round. Eight best teams will selected for quarter-finals. They will then compete for tickest to semi-finals and finals.
The final match will take place on August 14.
