The gold medals were won by Pham Tong Trong in weight category of 80kg in weightlifting event while Tran Thi Chau and Ly Duc Quyen scored the gold medals in weight categories of 67kg and 92kg in boccia event, respectively.
The festival opened on July 9, attracting the participation of 1,300 disabled athletes from 29 provinces and cities nationwide, competing in 9 games.
It will last until July 13.
