The tournament, which is jointly held by the General Department of Sports and Physical Training attracted nearly 400 martial artists representing 31 cities, provinces and sectors across the country, including Dong Nai province, competing for titles in men’s and women’s Taolu (demonstration) and Shanshou (combat) disciplines.
Dong Nai’s 12 athletes are competing in both Taolu and Shanshou disciplines.
Outstanding performers will be selected to the national Wushu teams in preparation for future regional and international competitions.
