The Domesco Dong Thap team rider maintained an average speed of 33.5kph to complete the 19th stage in 3 hours 35 minutes and 13 seconds.

He was followed by Javier of the An Giang team and Nito of the Ynghua Dong Nai team. French rider Loic Desriac of the Bike Life Dong Nai team and Nguyen Thanh Tam of the An Giang team came fourth.
The 19th stage covered 120km from Phan Rang City to Da Lat City on April 18. The stage was a tough challenge for the riders, having to conquer the steep climbs of Ngoan Muc Pass and Prenn Pass.
After 19 stages, Nguyen Thanh Tam of the An Giang team still holds the yellow jersey.
The white jersey belongs to Ngo Van Phuong of the An Giang team, and the red jersey is currently worn by Loic Desriac of the Dong Nai team.
The An Giang team are leading the best placed teams list, followed by the Vietnam USA Society English Centres team.
The 20th stage around Xuan Huong Lake in Da Lat City with a total length of 51km will get underway on April 19.
