At the end of the event, martial artists of Dong Nai province scored two gold four bronze medals to finish 7th out of 27 clubs from across the country. Accordingly, Nguyen Thi Tram Anh and Nguyen Thanh Khiet won the gold medals in Low 64-kg category for women and Full 51-kg category for men.
Meanwhile, Binh Duong topped the event, followed by clubs from Dak Nong and Binh Dinh.
The event attracted the participation of 250 athletes from 27 clubs across the country, competing for medals in 28 weight categories for both men and women.
Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, muay Thai, Kun Khmer and boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
