With this result, Dong Nai won ticket to the final round of the tournament as one of three teams with best results before their last match.
The qualifying round of the National U19 Football Tournament officially kicked off on January 8, attracting 22 teams which were divided in four groups of A, B, C and D.
The teams are competing in a round-robin format to select 4 best teams and 3 second teams in each group with best results to compete at the final round scheduled for March 6 to 15 in Thua Thien-Hue province.
Dong Nai team is competing in group D, along with Dong Thap, Tay Ninh, Can Tho, Long An and hosts Binh Duong.
The final round will be held in Hue city between March 6 and 15.
