The annual event, which is co-organized by the provincial Party Committee's Commission, the Journalists Association and Tran Bien Temple of Literature Center, saw the attendance of Deputy Head of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education Nguyen Tan Linh, and representatives of agencies and press agencies in the province.
The festival showcases more than 400 spring newspaper publications from press agencies nationwide. The event is scheduled to run until February 21 (6th day of the 12th lunar month).
