Accordingly, two first prizes will be awarded to civil servants while two other first prizes will be for students. Meanwhile, three best collectives will be given first, second and third prizes.
After organizing 7 times, the contest has so far attracted the participation of more than 150,000 entries. In 2016 alone, the contest attracted the most entries, with over 29,000.
