Hosts Dong Nai went second while Binh Duong province came in third.
The event held by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism attracted the participation of 60 athletes from 6 provinces and cities in the Southeast region, competing in three categories including 3,000m, 5,000m and 7,000m runs.
It offered a chance for athletes to exchange their talents and gain their experience as well as select outstanding athletes to compete at the upcoming national competitions, especially the National Games in 2018.
