In the first match of group B in taking place at Thanh Long 1 Stadium, Dong Nai football team drew team from Vinh Long. In another match, Ba Ria-Vung Tau defeated Kien Giang 3-1 to top the group ranking.
In the second match, Dong Nai will play versus Kien Giang while Ba Ria-Vung Tau will compete against Vinh Long.
