(ĐN)- Dong Nai province, for the first time, hosted an international race for radio-controlled boats between October 20 and 22 at Buu Long Tourist Park in Bien Hoa city.
(ĐN)- Dong Nai province, for the first time, hosted an international race for radio-controlled boats between October 20 and 22 at Buu Long Tourist Park in Bien Hoa city.
The event attracted 100 athletes from 14 radio-controlled boat teams, including 27 foreign athletes from 6 teams in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei. The teams were divided into 7 groups.
As a result, HRC Boat-Dong Nai team excellently won the first prize in the Glass G for 26-31.9 cc engine boats. Sai Gon Cho Lon won two first prizes in Class G and Class E. The other first prizes were grabbed by teams from Ba Ria - Vung Tau in Class H, WBMC (Malaysia) in Class I, Tarakan in (Indonesia) in Class F and Beever Extreme (Malaysia) in Class J.
The race aimed to popularize the new kind sport- radio-controlled boat race as well as to popularize tourist destinations in Dong Nai province.
