In another match of the group, University of Industry defeated University of Finanace and Marketing 2-0.
Meanwhile, another team from Dong Nai, namely Dong Nai University, is competing in group D.
The qualifying round of the 2017 National Student Football Tournament is taking place between September 25 and October 10, attracting 15 football teams from universities which were divided in 4 groups.
