(ĐN)- Dong Nai scored 2 silver and 7 bronze medals in rapid and blitz categories of the 2017 National Youth Chess Tournament which recently concluded in Da Lat city of Lam Dong province.
HCM city ranked first at the event, followed by Ha Noi and Military team.
The tournament brought together 916 young chess players from 37 teams nationwide, including Dong Nai province. The players were divided into eight age groups: U.6, U.7, U.9, U.11, U.13, U.15, U.17 and U.20 to compete for 128 sets of medals under Swiss standards in categories for individuals and teams.
