Addressing at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of Dong Nai People’s Committee Nguyen Hoa Hiep stressed that festival offers a chance to honor and commend typical cultural families, creating conditions for the families to meet and exchange their experience in building a happy, prosperous and equal family. This is also a chance for the localities to share their experience in implementing cultural family building and introduce their special cultural features with the aim to boost links between the localities.
During the three-day festival, the families from Southeastern provinces will take part in sports competition, art performances and cooking contests.
