Being defeated 1-3 by Dak Lak team in the final match of category for primary schools, Dong Nai team came in second, while teams from Binh Duong and Phu Yen shared the third place.
Meanwhile, in the category for junior high schools, Dong Nai team earned 8 points to rank third. Dak Lak and Binh Phuoc went first and second, respectively.
With this result, two teams from Dong Nai won tickets for the final round of the 2017 Phu Dong Football Tournament - Milo Cup scheduled for July in Thanh Hoa province.
