(ĐN)- Dong Nai will host the Southeastern Region Chess Championship 2017 from May 27 to 29, according to the provincial Sports Center.
The event will have the participation of chess players from HCM city, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh and host Dong Nai who will compete for medals in categories for age groups of U6, U7, U9, U11, U13 and professionals.
The tournament is expected to create playground for athletes to exchange and gain their experience, contributing to the development of chess playing movement in the Southeastern Region in general, and in Dong Nai in particular.
