On the end the competition, Nguyen Ngoc Huynh from Dong Nai province won three silver medals in the 50m, 100m and 200m events for male swimmers. HCM city went first in the tournament, followed by Quang Binh and Da Nang city.
In addition, Huynh also broke the national record in the 200m for male swimmers in this year’s competition when finishing second in this event after Hoang Quy Phuoc of Da Nang city.
The eight-day tournament brought together 200 swimmers from 20 teams nationwide, competing for 69 sets of medals.
