(ĐN)- The 6th Dong Nai Defence-Security Education Festival for Students in the province kicked off yesterday morning.

The three-day event, organized by the provincial Military Headquarters and the provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, attracted more than 384 participants from 64 high schools across the province, competing in categories of general knowledge of defence and security, movement regulations, grenade throwing, shooting and movements in combat.

The festival aims to assess national defence and security education for high schools to draw lessons and adjust education methods, as well as create an opportunity for schools to improve national defence-security education.
