The fair features more than 30,000 ornamental plants with various attractive and unique shapes which are made by nearly 90 artisans nationwide.
On this occasion, the organizers also awarded prizes to 16 artisans who made outstanding performances in bonsai contest 2017 on March 13.
The fair will open to visitors until March 17.
