The annual event was attended by Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee, leaders from departments and agencies, teachers and students across Bien Hoa city. It aims to preserve and develop the tradition of “remembering the source when drinking water”.
At the ceremony, the participants offered flowers and burnt incense to worship cultural well-known men and honor beloved teachers.
